SUNDAY NIGHT First-time guests sit on a board called First Impressions. Each card can hold the action and the person who owns it.
MIDWEEK The note your team wrote can go by email or text, on the day the church chooses.
STAFF MEETING Shepherd Care lists people the church has not seen in a while. A leader owns the check-in, with a reason and a date to return to it.
MONTH'S END A pastor report gathers new guests, handoffs, baptisms, and who is stalled right now. It can arrive by email, and it downloads as a CSV.
Guides see the people in their care. Admins see the whole church. Messages, stalled alerts, and the monthly note each have a switch, and they stay off until a leader turns them on.

Everything below is in the app today. A church turns each piece on when it is ready.
First Impressions
A guest pipeline from a new visitor through assigned, contacted, returning, engaged, and connected. The church writes the email or text for each stage.
Disciple makers
Pair a person with a maker, give the maker tasks, and keep the relationship on the record. Tasks ask for an outcome when they are finished, and the next task can be created in the same step.
Shepherd Care
A list for people the church has not seen in a while. Mark a reason, name an owner, and set a date. When they are back in the life of the church, the case can close with that outcome.
Planning Center
People, check-ins, groups, and serving can sit beside the rest of the church's care, including who has stepped back.

Who is this for?
Churches that want a named next step for guests and disciples. It is a care system, not a place to store a directory and hope someone remembers.
Can we rename the stages?
Yes. Know Jesus, Experience Transformation, Get Mobilized, and Multiply are the starting names. An admin can rename, reorder, add, and remove stages. At least one stage remains.
Does it work with tools we already use?
Yes. It works with the tools churches already use, like Planning Center, texting, and email.
What about Planning Center?
People, check-ins, groups, and serving can come into the same care list, so a drop in attendance is easier to see.
What is Shepherd Care?
The list for people the church has not seen in a while. A leader owns the next check-in, and the case can close when they are back.
What does the trial include?
The full app for 14 days. The form tells us to open a church and reply by email. There is no card field, because billing is not live yet.
